I need to give a good shout out to Shar and Ethan, they were my nurses this past weekend on 6th floor room 601!! These got me through some of the toughest times in my life. I hope our paths crossed again because I owe you both a huge thank you!!! THIS world needs more like them. Thanks, Troy Ruscheinsky

Bouncer lady at the door, with black hair dressed all in black, fancies herself a boss or something apparently, made me late for my appointment because she yelled at me to wait in line (long line) to check in just to be told I don't actually have to check in for clinic appointments (which i told her initially.) VERY RUDE, she should NOT be the person greeting patients when the first arrive, she gives a bad impression of the entire place. The folks that are usually there are very pleasant, hopefully she was just filling in for the Black Friday holiday.

Last week my son was recently seen in ER, taken by ambulance, his shoes got left at his apartment, when finished he asked the doctor if he could get a ride home since he didn't have his shoes and the doctor replied yes but when the nurse came in with the discharge papers, nothing was said so he asked her and she said they were too busy. When he got out to the registration desk, he asked them and she went to talk to the nurse and that same nurse came out saying we are too busy to call a cab for you, you need to leave. The reception asked if he could sit there till morning where he could possibly get a hold of somebody for a ride and the nurse said he's got five minutes to get out or they were calling security. He had to walk 4.4 miles in his socks, after what he already gone through the day before and all that evening. He called because he thought he was having a heart attack. And yes, he checked out fine but he had had a really rough day that day and all that night and then to be made to walk that far when it's a simple phone call for the hospital. I know this because I've worked at two hospitals that would call cabs for patients under certain circumstances and it literally takes less than a minute. I want this nurse fired because she has no business dealing with people at all. I was out of town so I couldn't help and did not know about this until the next day. This nurse should be ashamed of herself. There was absolutely no reason to treat another human being like that. None!

I recently had a visit at the Fargo location for a EMU evaluation and I WAS NOT impressed with "ELENOR" she claimed to be a nurse but only checked on me as a patient once throughout 24hrs and that was to take vitals. When the call light was pressed she was NEVER in the room immediately and was always somebody different. I highly recommend miss Eleanor finds a different career cause a RN position does not suit her.

Lost connection: dear gosh, someone tell nurse Carter, from the ER, that he looks like a firefighter and he's gorgeous. I hope he lives a wonderful life. This hospital also took care of my coworker, since this is a review lol. But mostly just in case Carter sees this
