I'll start off I don't go to the doctor's very often so I have no idea who the My primary is. I called the day to set up an appointment and I'm talking to the lady and I tell her look I don't come here maybe once a year if that I don't know who my primary is she gets cocky with me "oh we got about 1100 doctors you definitely need to keep track of that" I ask "well can't you just look me up by my name and social?" "no I can't do that All right lady bye" so yeah I'm upset and still need to set up an appointment.... Very very rude and not helpful in not way.

I had a kidney transplant on 10/3. Dr. Dinesh did the surgery, Dr. Pullarevu, his nurse Rosalie & all the hospital staff were awesome! A special mention to Tiffany in the lab, she is very caring & got my vein first time every time . I always ask for her!!

All staff from surgeon on down were pleasant and helpful. I thought the rooms were adequate for one person. I remember when there were wards and then double rooms with jack and Jill bathrooms so basically 4 people were sharing a bathroom. Meals I had were good with lots of selection. I wasn't very hungry. Basically received good treatment and recovery in a pleasant caring atmosphere.

I came into the ER with severe lower back pain. I was vomiting in their bathroom and felt faint. I pulled the nurse alarm. Nobody came. It was my mother who drove me to the ER that picked me up off the ground and helped me. I was in obvious distress. I attempted to leave as I still was in the waiting room. The forced me to sign a paper before I left. I couldn't see, was in pain, nauseous. I went to Essentia ER and was taken back to triage immediately. Diagnosed with a severe kidney infection. Don't come here. They won't help you.

The staff was pleasant (only reason I gave em a 2). But they did not listen to my health issues and I left with no meds. I have severe edema, oab (which none of them knew what it meant), a full blown rotator cuff, can't eat much, due to nausea. They thought I should only have extra strength Tylenol and I spoke to four different staff members. Wouldn't recommend this clinic, unless you want Tylenol.
