This place visibly doesn't care about if someone could be actively dying from withdrawals. I wasn't admitted like I was in DL MN, I told them I was scared of leaving the hospital, they still kicked me out the bed saying I couldn't wait til my ride got there to pick me up. I waited by the pharmacy trying to hold it together. If I could get away with suing, I would. There's a horrible stigma around addiction and most of the time, zero compassion, zero empathy

If I could give them a zero, I would. My son was SUPER sick a few weeks ago. Had 102.5-104.5 fever for 7 days when he finally agreed to go in. We went 2x on Thursday, 2x on Friday and once on Saturday (walk in). He had some sort of crazy bacterial infection they kept brushing off. His tissue in his mouth, lips, gums and throat were peeling off in sheets. Everyone that had seen him were like, "I've never seen anything like this." He's a 14 year old boy and lost 20 pounds in 10 days due to this. They never figured it out. They kept brushing us off. My son told me he thought he was going to die!!! One of the providers there said maybe we should go to Sanford. We went to there ER on Sunday, he was immediately admitted to Sanford within 20 minutes of walking in the door. They diagnosed him, got him the appropriate meds and after a few day stay he was on the mend. I tried to call Essentia's PATIENT RELATIONS department 6 times in 1 week with NO return call or follow up. They KNOW they screwed up and their medical NEGLIGENCE could have cost my son his life!!! Horrible experience in every way from Essentia!

Dr. Lee in the ICU, along with Amber and Amanda were amazing. Really the entire nursing staff went above and beyond, in my opinion, to ensure my daughter was well cared for during a very difficult time for her. Having a compassionate staff, especially in the ICU really allowed us to focus on our daughter's recovery.

Great experience with Dr. Heller and her team with my surgery. Thank you all so much for your care and hard work! . I will say that I do mask in medical settings because of everything going around, and the hospital verbally told me they would help me follow mask precautions (placing a mask on me in the recovery room, etc), but did absolutely nothing. So....hopefully I don't get sick because they chose not to follow their posted guidance and my request. Wish medical establishments would follow their own advice!

Wish I could give 0 star. Today I went to ER for my daughter and she had a high fever so I was really nervous because I had never experienced it before. I went to check in and I didn't understand what she said. Those front desk ladies look at each other and laugh at me.They gave me weird looks That's really rude. If someone doesn't understand or get confused they suppose to help not laugh at them.I felt really bad
