Sanford Medical Center

Typical medical service provider. They have many locations which makes it convenient for users. Waiting room was small and fairly full of people waiting to be seen. Somewhat difficult for isolate from others. Seating is ok. Wait times were about expected as there are only so many doctors to see patients and there were no appointments.

This so called hospital is by far the worst! If you have an emergency please do NOT go to this hospital. It takes HOURS to be seen. There is no sense of urgency at all. I took my friend in for a cut on his foot and we sat in the waiting room for over an hour without anyone checking on him. One person was called back in the whole hour plus while we were there. I took my daughter there about a month ago due to the fact she was puking blood, and we had to sit in the waiting room for 3 hours!! Ended up they said she had strep throat and COVID. Just ridiculous. Never again...

Customer Service is poor, billing department does not do what they say they will do, customer relations does not reply to complaints. Overall experience with any administration is lacking. Sanford has great doctors and nurse but staff in other areas really lacking. STILL WAITING TO GET A RESPONSE FROM CUSTOMER RELATIONS/9-9-25 still waiting for sanford relations to response to the letters
