Robert Tanous, DO

Ive been to the walk in numerous times as I have Cystic Fibrosis and catch respiratory illnesses very easily. Whenever I get Dr. Tanous he is very professional and very attentive to what you're telling him (always walks in and gives you a handshake too!). He's very smart and I dont know many walk in doctors who know ANYTHING about CF. He also helped me out with a possible sprain in my back to get me in with a physical therapist! Thank you Dr. Tanous!

When you leave his office, you feel rest assured you won't be have to go back in two days because he got it wrong. Or call three or four times because something isn't right.Highest regard for this doctor and his staff. They are incredible. My mother and I are so thankful and blessed that we chose the walk-in clinic on 9th.

Mid Dakota Clinic is a wonderful place. Dr Tanous however, is not so wonderful. I went to see him for a condition that I will not get into. He walked into the room with an attitude and said, "...... do you want to cut this visit short?" I said, "No. I want to find a solution to my problem". He assumed I was lying to him right off the bat. He hadn't even looked at my chart yet. My blood pressure and heart rate were very high. I looked at him and said, "I can't fake that". I suggested we try something and lo and behold, my blood pressure dropped over 20 points in less than 15 minutes. At this point, he did listen to my wife and prescribed a medicine for me. A short time later, I received a survey in my email that I filled out - honestly - and sent back. About 4 days after I sent the survey, I received notice from my pharmacy that Dr Tanous had canceled my refill for the prescription. My opinion - stay away from this man. He doesn't give a rats behind about his patients.

This is one of the most caring , listening attentive to be Docs I've ever seen.
