My 78 year dad needs a wheelchair as he is on oxygen and very short of breath. None of the doors at this office, including the front door of the building or the actual office door have self opening doors to use when trying to get a wheelchair through them. No one at the front desk offered to get up and help hold the door open. If my dad or any patient, for that matter, were alone they could not have gotten the doors opened and rolled the chair in. Are medical facilities not required to follow ADA guidelines?

From the initial testing that was done through my visit with Dr. Moore, everyone of the medical staff was very kind, helpful and understanding. I had never met Dr. Moore before my appointment and didn't know what to expect. The Doctor was most encouraging. He explained everything to me as well as he listened to what I had to say, did not rush me through the appointment and was very clear as to what my diagnosis was. This doesn't always happen especially in this day and age. I couldn't be happier that I went to see Dr. Moore. I would definitely go back to see him if the need should arise and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

I want to give Doctor Phillips and the staff a five star review. The staff was very nice and pleasant to deal with. I did not feel rushed and was treated like a patient. Doctor Phillips is awesome and I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs help. He is kind and took his time to listen to my problems. He is very competent is his field. It was my first time meeting Dr Moore and his team and I was very impressed. I have a rather complicated medical history, and the Dr and his nurse took the time to hear my story. They were kind compassionate, knowledgeable and informative, and the front end staff were cheerful and efficient. I am confident that I chose the right team.

As a new patient I was treated with exceptional courtesy and thorough education about my visit. Dr. Moore is amazing - extremely knowledgeable, friendly and thorough. I'm fortunate to be cared for at this practice.
