Novant Health Heart & Vascular Institute - Frontis Plaza (Advanced Heart Care)

As a patient of this practice and based on my personal experience I would suggest that any patient deciding to utilize this practice to be very sure you investigate any suggested medications, costs, patient involvement, support, and downside to the medication before agreeing to the program. I wish I had done more research before agreeing to the program, the patient advocate for Novant Health may not be able to assist you in problems or provide support to you in the event you have problems. To late but I wish I had investigated things in more depth. I think the main problem is the medication of choice is a real money maker. You have been for warned so take the time to ask questions about them and pray to be given the truth.. and if the medications do not work do not expect support from the staff I was once told they were too busy to answer questions so why are they there ?? Have you never had concerns or questions about your care or what you could do to improve things?? As with all other Novant care locations the main concern is how much money can be made NOT patient care They do Not want to think outside the box or spend time to find resolutions to a problem. I will die at some point but I hope I never have to use care provided by Novant before then.

This is an amazing facility. Each of the staff members are very kind, personable and you can tell they truly care about their patients. I would definitely recommend this office. Dr. Alhosaini is an incredible doctor and takes the time to sit with you and explain with great detail any information that is necessary.

I was totally impressed by Todd E Crawford PA. To my surprise he knew my history, to the extent that he knew what cancer drugs I used and the effect it had on my heart. We both spoke about my condition and came up with a plan that will hopefully results in my recovery. I was very impressed with the care I received from him, I felt I was heard and he was sympathetic to my health issues since it was complicated due my allergies to the life saving drugs.

When I arrived there with my mom for her appointment the lady at the desk looked like we were and inconvenience to her and that we interrupted her. While I was sitting there when my mom was in her appointment one of the lady's answered her phone and was extremely rude to the person on the phone. Having a huge attitude with them. After getting off the phone the lady proceeded to make comments about the individual. I fully understand being annoyed but talk about it in the break room .

The staff treated me with the utmost respect and they provided me with a friendly and caring environment.Nicole Bradley was so professional because she listened to my questions and she provided sound solutions. Such a remarkable care team person. The intake nurse Patrick knew his job and he performed it in a timely manner.
