Very irritated with these people. They called a few days ago to change my appointment. Only one they had available was today at 11. I told them no because I had a dental appointment at 12 elsewhere. They said come on...in and out in 20 minutes so I agreed to go. Boy was that a mistake. At 11:15 not called yet so went to the desk. The nice lady went to the back to check on things and I was informed that they had double booked. Now it's 11:25...but if I hung around 25 more minutes they would see me. I left to go my dental appointment. Very unprofessional... they kept apologizing but that didn't help things.

I do not recommend Janel Durham, NP. She saw my mother shortly after a hospital stay (only 9 days prior) and showed a shocking lack of concern. My mother was clearly unwell -- she could barely walk, was shaky, and seemed delusional. These symptoms began after being prescribed new medications in the hospital. When we brought this up, Janel immediately dismissed the possibility that the shaking was related to the new meds. She said, "Your shaking has nothing to do with the new medications. Follow up with us in 3 months!" Then she promptly left the room. No labs were ordered. She didn't ask if my mother had a ride home or check on her ability to care for herself. There was no concern for her safety or immediate condition. This is unacceptable. If you are currently a patient of hers, I highly recommend requesting a different provider. The level of care my mother received was negligent and dismissive, and no one should be treated this way -- especially a vulnerable patient recovering from a hospital stay.

I have procedure done real soon to my heart I got a question how it is run around should a person to person that will not answer my question I think it's time to cancel my surgery if I can't get an answer I cancel procedure I never dealt with people in novant health that didn't care until now

I have been a patient since before they moved to this location Dr Mitchell is great and I don't even want to see anybody else and his nurses are always great but the last ten or twelve years every time I come in there are different people at check in and check out. I don't understand why they can't keep people in those jobs but I know the ones there should not be in those jobs because they are rude and should not be dealing with the public

So pleasing to visit the Doctor at the appointed time; being met with friendly, knowledgeable staff, and actually seeing the doctor, who talked with me, about me, and gave me choices in my care. Very impressed with this group. Though not really looking forward to the necessary procedures, I feel I am in caring, professional hands.
