I was greeted by a very pleasant woman and I didn't have to wait very long for my appt with Dr Byrum. Dr Byrum is Great! He listened carefully to my questions and answered them in layman's terms. I felt very comfortable with him. He has been monitoring my progress for 6 months and if I needed anything during this time I was able to contact him via his Triage nurses or the hospital's Portal and he responded very quickly every single time. I was excited to hear my results and he shared in my excitement. He made me feel great about the progress I have made, with his guidance. I feel very Blessed to have him in my corner! Signing in was easy and quick. The automated call back system needs some help. I never heard my # called or saw on screen, had to wait over 45 minutes. When I asked about the wait they were very helpful and apologetic for what happened.

Not a happy camper. Arrived to a yearly visit with the cardiologist to find out I was seeing a PCA. If WFBH will be charging my insurance big bucks for a specialist, why I'm visiting with a PCA? Not to mention you get bumped to a different doc everytime. Unsure if I'm coming back next year.

WFB Atrium does more than just helping with an existing health challenge, now health care is moving more toward prevention, learning about longevity and targeted personal care for future life quality....
