Cardinal Heart & Vascular, PLLC

My first visit was so-so. The fact that this place does cardiology and urgent care is odd to me. My second visit, however, I waited and waited. After 30 minutes or so. Someone with the same first name as me went back when I heard my first name called. Another 20 minutes go by - so 50 total - and the lady at the front desk went to see what happened. Turns out that the other woman with the same name went back but it should have been me. Once the person who took her back found out he had the wrong woman he just proceeded with her appointment instead of correcting his mistake. I waited an hour past my appointment time to be seen. Very unprofessional. The office managers are aware. My next appointment is with their other location but after that appointment I will definitely be avoiding any further care by Cardinal Heart & Vascular.

If I could leave zero Stars I would. I waited for over an hour for a doctor to come in there for less than a minute. Never have I ever felt so disrespected and so. I couldn't even give him my most concerning parts because as soon as I gave him one thing he just left. This place is a money pit and only sees you as payment they do not care about your health.

The facility itself is inferior. When you call, you'd be lucky to actually get a person to answer the phone. When you leave a message, nobody calls you back. It's impossible to get your prescriptions in a timely manner. The wait to see your provider is atrocious. My provider told me to stop taking a blood pressure medication that I'd been on for 20+ years. I felt horrible. When I looked online, I should have been weaned off slowly, rather than cut it out cold-turkey. Also, completely cutting it out can be deadly. Do yourself a favor and find another provider.

I'm not usually one to complain or leave reviews, but I'm ABSOLUTELY done with this place. First visit, they mixed up my paper, so I waited an hour and people that got there after me were seen first. To make things worse, nobody was wearing masks (especially the staff) even though there's a sign clearly showing that it's required (this is an urgent care mixed with a cariac clinic!!). But that's not even the worst part. So, I forgive that mistake, the next appointment goes smoothly, and then I have to make a teleappointment. It's two weeks after my last appointment, the day comes, and the doctor NEVER calls. I called them just to make sure it wasn't something on my end. It wasn't. They were just "too busy" to see me. He never called. So, I called the next day, and he never called. I'm STILL waiting for my results! What a waste of time and money. Don't ever go to this place. I would give 0 stars if possible. This is the most unprofessional practice I have ever been to.

This was my second appointment and I waited forty minutes to be put in a room, and an hour and a half to see the doc. Dr J came in, said "things look good," and sent me on my way. My first appointment he didn't do anything because I was pregnant. This one, he clearly didn't review my records or know why I was there. Wasted my time, money, and didn't provide any health care. The staff and Dr J are nice, but completely unprofessional practice.
