My 85-year-old mother recently had a procedure in the Heart Center at WakeMed. From the minute we hit the front door (greeted by the Janitor at 5:20 a.m. and welcomed by the reception/intake staff), to the time we left, she received excellent care. Thank you Dr. Burnsed! She is really doing well post op. Many thanks to Nurses Kevin and Sheila who took care of her (and me) for hours preop and postop. We are so thankful for a great team at WakeMed!
