If I could give zero stars I would. Not only was the employees answering the phone rude, I was lied to on the phone as well. After having to go online to MyChart to figure out who my child was seeing because I was given the time and told I would get an email for information then told to have a good day ... I found out it was a male provider. My teenage daughter isn't comfortable with them. I call back because the voicemail left 4/3 said it was an urgent referral and had an appointment saved next week. After calling back to question this I'm met with another employee to rather rude, I told them what was going on and I'm told after 3 attempts they cancel the referral. That appointment was given away last week. That was a lie not only about the 3 attempts but the fact it was given away last week. I go to look at the dates and become even more frustrated seeing the referral was put it 3/31 (Friday) received my first call Monday (4/3) in which I work night shift I was asleep. Tried to call back 4/4 after their second attempt to reach me and I got no answer. Call back the 5th and I'm told this. First there wasn't the attempts, secondly how could you give the appointment away last week 27th-31st of March if the 31st is when her referral was put in and then 4/3 is when I was FIRST contacted about holding this spot for NEXT week? Yeah no thank you. I pass. Get your office together.
