I just had the best experience at this cardiologists office. Dr. Andrew R. de la Paz is the most wonderful doctor. He spent so much time with me answering every question I had and went above and beyond to help me feel comfortable. And the office staff are super lovely too. Tearaney was so kind and also went above and beyond with my scheduling needs. I can't recommend this office more highly. Thanks for a great experience today, y'all!

Took my wife to a cardiologist appointment that was made through our primary doctor. The nurse and doctor she saw were amazing and were extremely helpful. The front desk receptionist (Tristin S. Was on the name plate) however was rude and not very helpful to myself, and two other patients. The other patients were rushed and or not helped with connecting to guest wifi so they could obtain digital information as the building makes it impossible to receive cellular service. One lady waited patiently until she was able to get it figured out, while the other left remarking that her attitude made her not want to continue doing business at the office. I left to change our son and my wife was called back by the nurse. My wife then asked both people if I could be taken back once we returned and was told yes. When I returned with my son the receptionist not only acted like she couldn't hear me, but after I waited in line to speak with her made me wait behind other people who were waiting to check in. Once cleared I asked if my wife had been taken back and she asked me to look around the lobby and if she's not there then she must have been taken back in a very rude ton and in a condescending manner. I then asked if my son and I could go to her room and she rudely let me know, "We don't let children in the back." A little later I asked for her to notify my wife that my son and I were not allowed access because children weren't allowed, and she left to relay the message. My wife informed me that she snappily relayed the message and informed her that they have rules against letting children in the back. My wife reported all other Healthcare staff were very polite, professional, and made her feel heard. The front desk receptionist however made my wife, two other patients and myself wish we didn't have to deal with her. Subsequently, the doctor made mention that my wife would need to get an order to the front desk for a EKG but it should be sent to whereever we'll be receiving care when we relocate out of state. The receptionist made the order and handed my wife back the paper where it should have stayed in house to await sending and releasing personally identifiable information (PII). Edit: The receptionist mentioned several times that they're understaffed and need more people.
