After being asked to arrive 10 minutes early for an appointment, they were 55 minutes late. The front desk gave no apology, but after 30 minutes my mother asked if they had forgotten her and Elizabeth asked if she would like to reschedule her appointment. They had already rescheduled her appointment once. They treated my mother with disrespect. So after being there over an hour, she was able to have her 15 minute appointment with Dr Scanlan. Patients and especially senior citizens should be treated with respect and kindness; their time is valuable also.
