AFC Urgent Care Raleigh Midtown

Had a burn a couple days ago that rapidly deteriorated overnight. My husband found your location using google reviews and it had a fantastic rating so that's why we picked it. Staff were friendly and helpful, free water was great and got in to see a Doctor within a half hour. Doc was friendly knowledgeable and efficient and staff were super friendly and amazing. Special thanks to Christina, Tia and Dr Bailey for an amazing friendly professional and efficient experience. Highly recommend!! Thanks SO MUCH!

I had such a great experience at this urgent care! From the moment I walked in, everyone was kind and efficient, and I didn't have to wait long at all. Tia was absolutely amazing -- professional, compassionate, and attentive. She really took the time to listen to my concerns and made sure I understood every step of my care. It's rare to find someone who genuinely cares and goes the extra mile like she does. I left feeling confident and cared for. Highly recommend this clinic and especially Tia for anyone needing quality care!

Great experience, easy sign in online ahead of time, in and out in a relatively short amount of time, albeit, I did have one of the first appointments of the morning, so that probably helped. Clean and pristine facility, competent provider, listens to the patient. Thank you PA Bailey, I'm feeling and looking much more like myself now that the allergic rash has mostly dissipated over the past 24 hours. Highly recommend would go again!

Very pleasant urgent care. I went there in the late afternoon after making a quick online check-in appointment an hour earlier. The waiting room was nice and their administrative staff were quick to finish the check-in process. 10 minutes later I saw the doctor, got prescribed medication, and was out the door in about 30 minutes. I generally don't like urgent cares, but this was a good experience.

From the very beginning, Christie was straightforward, clear, and thorough in guiding us through the process as new clients of AFC. Her professionalism and guidance really put us at ease.
