Very professional visit and conclusive sleep study. Couldn't tolerate the CPAP or the BiPAP so Danielle recommended that we try a ASV machine which produced a great sleep text result. She worked with me to expedite the report and order for the machine so I could get it in time for a holiday trip.
I was very pleased with the staff at PMC. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I was more than satisfied with the knowledge and concern that Leyla Sullenger FNP showed me during my visit with her. I have no problem recommending her and PMC to anyone needing a Pulmonologist.
PA Ms. Sara Ebel is top notch! She is a caring and knowledgeable medical provider. She is professional and compassionate, and we never feel like just a number. I accompany my elderly father, who is in his late 80s, to all his medical appointments and Ms. Ebel always makes us feel heard, cared for, and we feel very blessed that my father is able to receive care there. Thank you sincerely.
My visit was more than I actually expected. I was on time and the reception,and the receptionist were both great. That was my first clue as to how well this visit would go. My second encounter was with a young medical assistant who got my vitals. She was exceptionally pleasant and a great listener. So much in fact, we were still talking when Ms. Pettigrew came in. Ms. Pettigrew is simply amazing. So knows my history and my current sleep pattern results. I love the fact that she is able to see my progress. I am pleased that she asks questions and is so motivated in making sure that we (she and I) as a team make sure that I get the best care possible. Everything about my sleep results were fine and she is pleased with thle numbers as I am as well. I wouldn't see her again, barring any emergency until next year. My experience on this visit as usual is a 10. Thank you Ms. Pettigrew, you've got a amazing team.
