My husband saw a cardiologist in January for concerns about shortness of breath and heart palpitations. This was the last time we had a visit with him, although we were told we would be seeing him, not a NP. Three visits later we are still being seen by NPs. . As I write this review, I am sitting in the examining room with my husband- we have been here for an hour. After our visit which was good - the NP was able to answer our questions and provide a plan treatment - we were scheduled with the NP again and were told the doctor wasn't available to see us for another 6 months. Although the NP was great, we came to a cardiologist in order to actually see one.

I am appalled at how rude and unprofessional the staff is here,I told the lady that was in with my mom that I was going to step outside for just a minute that I would be right back, went out front people was in line so I went by them went outside and within sec a lady came running out screaming acting like she was about to have a heart attack over a yellow piece of paper instead of just nicely telling me you aren't supposed to go out with that paper( What ever happen to excuse me ma'am you walk out with the yellow copy can I get that?)then they rudely and sarcastically told me that it was a "golden piece of paper" Really that much Drama over a piece of paper? But I would like to say also that the Doctors there are Awesome wish their staff was the same. The five stars are for the Doctors that would mean no stars for the staff.

Dr. Ard saw my husband for an admission. He gave him bp med and when it was time for a refill, declined the refill because he had only seen him once. The last appt had been less than a year and we were told unless there was a problem we didn't need to come back. The front desk told us good luck trying to get an appointment with him. The on call doctor hung up on me. In the meantime, my husband has gone 4 days without his bp meds. Talk about not giving a rat's behind for patients when they are not making money off of them. They sent the denial to Express Scropts to refill the meds within 20 mins and told me it would be 48 hours before a nurse could call me back. Please choose another facility.

A very heartwarming place to visit!!! Dr. Thomas is very knowledgeable & cares deeply about his patient's heart health. And Dr. Williams as well. They gave me a longer life with a new heart stent. And I thank them so much. The staff members were also very nice. My heart can rest assured that I am in good hands. Thank you all!!!

Every staff member in this place and Dr. Rave were super nice and totally professional. From making the appointment to follow up testing these people were helpful and happy to help. What a great place to go. Seems like the old reviews on here must of been a different staff.
