Dr. Mansour is the type of doctor that exemplifies exactly what a doctor should be--caring, compassionate, thorough, attentive, kind, and expert in his field. He expeditiously saw me in the emergency room, took care of me in the hospital and likewise as an outpatient. His personable and professional care are tops. With gratitude.
My husband had an appointment today at 3:30 pm at 5:10 pm he was still waiting to see the doctor! No excuse for this especially when they want to charge if your 15 minutes late! Would definitely not recommend this doctor.
Meeting new care providers can be a little intimidating. Dr. Mansour asked questions and listened intently. He was professional and courteous. We worked on a plan together. After receiving test results he changed plans accordingly. My experience left me with the impression that I was in capable hands.
Dr. Mansour is amazing! He explains everything that will be done in your testing, surgery etc. I just moved to NC and I'm glad he was my doctor. The only thing is you can't get in touch with someone. I don't think the after 12 msg will be for the next day. Just my opinion! It is a great practice and people.
Didn't have to wait long to be seen by Dr. Mansour. He was knowledgeable and very clear. Present, near-term and long term issues were all reviewed. Very organized and attentive staff. Good experience overall.
