After a while it was evident, this place is going downhill. Switched to Sanger in Concord and my new heart doctor actually listens to me. Fixed my medicine and I feel great. They are 150% better than Duke.

I really like Dr Uszenski but it has become impossible to speak to anyone in this office by phone. Even the option 1 to schedule an appointment does not work and they do not call back even after multiple calls and messages. This is no way to run any type of business; much less a medical care group. I doubt any of the physicians are aware of this problem. I rate Dr Uszenski "5 Stars but the phone system and staff who are responsible I rate 0 Stars!
