Dr. Leigh H Younce, MD

Dr. Younce has been my doctor for 2 yrs now. She is very detailed and takes whatever time I need to discuss my condition. I never feel rushed and always feel that she is very focused on my care. These ratings that we all read are to give prospective patients a feel for what type of experience they will have with a particular doctor. This doctor is a caring professional. You will feel like you are in very good hands - oh and her staff always make time for you. Any time I've left a voicemail, her nurse got back to me pretty quick and again, I've never felt rushed. This group makes you feel very well taken care of...they instill confidence, and that's why I give them the highest marks here. If you need a cardiologist with a crackerjack staff, you don't need to look any further.

My elderly mother-in law was seen yesterday At Novant-Health and Heart & Vascular for a routine 6 month check -up. Her appointment was made with Dr Younce at her last visit and was verified 2 days prior. She had to wait 45 minutes after her appointment time, and was not seen by Dr. Younce and was given no reason for the long wait before appointment or the long wait and abrupt visit by an "unnamed" Dr. She was left in the examining room without explanation and eventually left when no one ever came in. I am very disappointed in the manner which she was treated. She will no longer be a patient at this office.
