Been to two offices, so far, there. Great folks every time.

Oh my God the two people that work with me you couldn't get any more professional the lady that did my Ivy did not recognize her it had been over 25 years since I have seen a neighborhood friend and schoolmate and the guy that assist her oh my Lord he was my friend to the point where I have invited them to come to Columbia so I can spoil them both that was a good day and a easy experience for me because I have never had a stress test done and they were excellent I am so proud that they are not ones that slip through the cracks they were professional with that being said I have 30 years of Home Health Care and all the good that I have done for other seniors throughout my life it seem like it was just being returned through them it don't get any better than that what I go back I want to see the same two people and that's the way people are when they get good service and good care Well the lady that checked us in thought I got on my nerves she was impatient cut you off when you are talkin I am so glad I'm saved and I just let it go over my head but the people at your front desk they are the ones that give that impression of that health facility everybody is not customer service oriented but overall I have had a great experience and I wasn't so afraid

Adbel Plaza, being an important medical facility, needs visible signage off of Matthew's Mint Hill road. The signage is blocked until you are on top of the entrance. This is very dangerous. Also, exit signs are needed. When you exit, you can only go one way. The exit that had an option was reworked. There is a way to go the other direction, but it takes you somewhat out of the way, but it is not identified at all as an option.

I went to Charlotte Radiology for an x-ray. There's lots of parking. The office is on the third floor. The elevators are good. The office staff are friendly and helpful. The x-ray was quick. The technician was great!

Beautiful place! Has many different doctor offices in the building. Even has a labcore in there BUT might be for doctor patients in that building. Not 100% sure as I got my blood work somewhere else .
