Dr. Dave has been my Primary Care Physician since he joined the practice in Brunswick Forest. He is an outstanding doctor. He listens carefully to any concerns that I have and carefully reviews all tests results and discusses those with me. He is thorough and never rushes through the appointment. I could not ask for a better care provider.

The Doctor's actions - at my last 2 visits within 1 week - were unprofessional; and quite offensive to me and my husband. I was totally insulted with Dr Dave's offensive actions, along with the ignorance he shows at my visits. The doctor should be fined for his behavior; and fired because of his ignorance. I would appreciate a superior doctor or the Novant Board of Doctors take actions to Dr Dave' for his unprofessional practice of medicine; at least his improper mannerism with his patients. The doctor posts signs in his examining rooms about:
"WE NEED YOUR HELP TO STAY ON TIME!!!!!!"
PLEASE REMEMBER THAT YOUR APPOINTMENT
TIME IS THE TIME YOUR DOCTOR SHOULD BE SEEING
YOU AND NOT YOUR ARRIVAL TIME.
IT TAKES AN AVERAGE OF 15-20 MINUTES FOR THE
CLINICAL STAFF TO ROOM YOU WHEN YOU ARRIVE.
THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP IN THIS MATTER.
I was on time on both my visits; on Friday 9/26 I arrived at 2:45 PM for a 3:00 PM appointment and had to leave at 4:50 PM because the wait was tooooo long with no patients in the office and the doctor sitting in his office on his computer. No communication with me about the long wait. I left because I had another event scheduled, that this ridiculous long waiting was making me miss. I was rescheduled the following Tuesday morning at 9:15AM. I took my husband with me to realize the long time the doctor makes me wait. At 10:45AM, my husband opened our room door to see the doctor again in his room on the computer. Again, over an hour wait, no one in the waiting room or examining rooms; and the doctor thru a fit of anger at my husband for asking about the long wait! His rage triggered my husband into an arguement that he walked away from; but I got the pleasure (not) of listening to the doctor and his nurse yelling about the audacity of my husband asking for an accountability of making us wait so long AGAIN!

I took my very elderly mother to urgent care for breathing difficulties. The staff thought she should see a doctor and found an opening that afternoon with Dr Dave. Even though he is not her regular doctor, he took excellent care of her and was extremely meticulous.

Dr. Dave is pleasant and thorough. He shows much concern for his patients to understand the needs of individual care.
