My experience with Marleen Traywick was truly positive and comforting. From the moment I arrived, I felt heard, respected, and genuinely cared for. She took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. Her professionalism, compassion, and attention to detail made a meaningful difference in my experience. Lake Park Family practice is exceptional. I have seen many of the practitioners there including my Doctor Douglas Chen. They are caring, Thorough, They take time for the whole patient and work really hard to meet your needs. They keep me healthy to do fun things like this paint night with my daughter. Please be very very careful at this location. Drs are misleading patients. I had issue were Dr recommended to take either B12 tablets or Injections. However shots are more effective and speedy. So I asked her is it covered by my insurance, She said both covered by Insurance (all these communications done via myAtrium online chat). So I elected Injection. But ended up got close to $300 bill. It would have been very cheap if I would have taken tablets as this was not life's threatening health issues. Also my wife went for just yearly physical which fully covered by my insurance. However, we got bill of $90+. So contacted my insurance and they said your primary care has claimed with some medical procedure codes. So Drs at this clinic misleads patients and billing findings way to bill you more to rip money from your pocket. So stay away from this clinic.

I started seeing Dr. Browning after my last physician's office failed to follow back up several times on a serious health issue. I was nervous about changing physicians after going to the same one for 10 years. Dr. Browning has been amazing. She listens and truly cares about what is going on with you. She and her office are great with following up when you send a message through the portal or call in with questions. I had to see Dr. Chen once when I wasn't able to get into Dr. Browning and he was great as well. I can't say enough good thing about this practice.

The experience I've had thus far with Atrium Health has been phenomenal. They have been professional yet friendly.... Dr. Chen was very direct and straightforward and very thorough. Absolutely no waiting time for my appointment when I showed up on time.
