Atrium Health Primary Care Indian Trail Family Medicine

Indian Trail Family Medicine, specifically Dr. Kennard, ---has been my personal Primary Care Dr. for 20 years now. He has been great to work with because he is very knowledgeable and he truly cares! Those are the two most important factors when considering a Primary Care Doctor, along with flexibility, which is very important to me because of my business travels and busy schedule. He works via video conferences with me when I'm unable to come personally. I am truly grateful for all the years of support and continued care.

Do not waste your time going here because I promise you, you will be wasting your time. It's always something different EVERY time I come in here. Every appointment ends up turning into 2+ appointments because of careless behavior on the staff's behalf. This is wasting my time and money. I've tried to show them grace and have patience but at this point I'm over it. They are careless with your vitals, lazy with the details your chart, and if you're looking for a location where they actually care about the patient then this location is not the one for you. I get more medical advice, quicker service, and more personable experience with the random doctors at the minute clinic than I ever have at this Atrium office. That's sad.

The doctor was very helpful very informative and done. A great job. Give me all the refills I needed. I will definitely be back and definitely pass. The word on atrium. Health is a great place to go.

So I had two appointments, one for each of my children. They are both new patients to this establishment. They were there for well checks and vaccine updates. They got them in and put and any questions my children had, the staff answered them with patien and understanding. They are great. I appreciate everything they did today. Highly recommend.

Tina Lovings is the BEST! Tina is VERY PROFESSIONAL and KIND! Tina is very knowledgeable. I am very pleased with the entire staff at this Atrium facility. All so nice and welcoming. Thank Tina and Staff. Janice
