Canceled my appointment after I was already there, claiming they had called me that morning. If it was canceled that morning, why did I receive the cancellation email while I was standing at the desk? Also, having other phone numbers I don't know listed on my chart in addition to my own is not something you want to see from a medical provider... keep up the good work.

Dr. Archer and Juanita are amazing health care professionals. They have worked with me and my family for years. They are easy to talk to, they explain everything well, and provide great after visit notes. They remember many things from conversations had from months prior which is amazing. The support at the front desk has always been friendly to me and I have always had a great check in and check out process. The lab techs are super friendly and easy to chat with as they are drawing blood and make it so that you hardly notice them drawing blood. The new location across the street (current location shown here on Google Maps) is really nice and brand new.

This practice is the best Adult Family Medicine I have ever been. I have been under their care since 2007. Dr. Scott McCunne is my Primary Care Physician and he is amazing! He is thoughtful, knowledgeable, direct and compassionate. I also see Ashley Lowe and she is excellent as well. Both of them are very professional and helpful during my visits and consistently follow-up to explain my blood work results each. Also the overall staff is always welcoming and efficient. The staff at the Lab is great, and the checkout staff is amazing and very kind and compassionate. I really appreciate the hard work and care from everyone at this practice. My husband is also a patient and we have referred a number of our close friends there as well. I recommend this practice 100%. Thank you!

I had my first appointment with Ashley Lowe at Novant Health Huntersville Adult Medicine and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. As a new patient, I was anxious and had trouble finding the building, but the staff was incredibly helpful in providing directions. Even though I was running late, Ashley made me feel at ease right away. I tried to keep the appointment brief, not wanting to disrupt the schedule, but Ashley took the time to get to know me, perform a thorough exam, and carefully go over a treatment plan. I truly appreciated the patience and care I received. I'm so glad to have found such a compassionate and dedicated provider. Highly recommend!

I even know resident in the state of Charlotte North Carolina my experience was great with my provider I haven't had anything great since I've been here but I am pleased and happy to have her Dr Patricia Baker Novant Health Huntersville Adult Medicine, and nurses and reception are great they give you a warm and welcome feeling.
