Bethany Cardiology

Poorly managed and incompetently staffed. It's impossible to communicate what you need to their employees, because everyone that works there is so dense. Office manager is incredibly rude, and has the professionalism of a pre-schooler. Took over a week aaaaand TWO "in-person" office visits to get a simple prescription refill written out correctly and submitted to my pharmacy. To add insult to injury-- their PA didn't even put additional refills on my meds. A previous Bethany physician gave me 13 refills after one visit. This place has devolved into one giant cluster. Avoid the Skeet Club location of Bethany Medical Cardiology at all costs.... You've been warned. Lol

By far one of the worst medical practices I have ever encountered in life. Just so unprofessional. They wait until the last minute to do almost everything. I had to contact them almost a week in advance for instructions regarding my nuclear stress test. No one wants to answer the phone. They can't tell you your co-pay. I had to call them at least 3 times for someone to tell me $87 for the co-pay. They are really terrible. Someone named Angela just called me with the nastiest attitude known to man. If she's not the devil, then she'll do til we find him.

1st Mike Duran is awesome. But you must deal with reception & management 1st which they rarely get billing correct, I was told I owed $385 from the year prior but when I checked in for the next appointment for covid testing it was $3.85. The face of BMC do not care about the people, I've been a patient since I was 6 months old with doctor Peter's due to my stomach issues & have watched how crippled it's become. From no one returning calls, not calling in meds, messing up appointments & billing that gets messed up too. If I wasn't so close to 2 of my doctors I would take this place to the highest point to complain for mishandling patients in everyday. DO not take the reception or billing at face value. Look into their claims. I recieved a text my covid follow up appointment was at 11a & no one called, I called them & they fought over it being a 2p appointment. It's disgusting how bad it's gotten. I pray I don't get this sick again & due to everyone who could help me had covid I had to deal and handle all this 4 day period of lies & horrible treatment & not strong enough to fight. The docs get paid well enough & have too many ppl to see they don't have time to do complete care, because trust me Don Bulla i love him but he is their VP, he could do something to at least push the horrible face of the company, not a practice for sure.

I would like to thank Mike Duran for being an excellent doctor you did things that my sister doctor did not do for her to find out that she had stage four cancer I thank you for going over and beyond the call of duty and I thank God for you may God continue blessing you through your journey of practice love you bunches of oaks
