I went to Physical Therapy after 2 successful back surgeries. These professionals gave me back the strength and mobility I needed to get back to my full life. They were kind , patient, and oh so smart! They listened to everything I ask or said. My sessions were planned accordingly! Targeting my problems and always making me feel heard . I will always be grateful to Ike, Madison, and student therapist Zack. They made me feel so safe and cared for. I am amazed with the progress I have made . None of it would have been possible without these amazing people. I also want to thank their receptionist, Tressa. She was such a welcoming face to see each time. She knows everyone by name and is such a calming presence! I am so blessed and thankful to have had them in my life! They are extraordinary people!

Somehow worse than Caldwell... Grandfather has been their a week and they don't inform us on hardly anything. He was supposed to get a TEE for THREE DAYS in a row but the first day they gave him food so they couldn't do it, the second day they gave us no excuse they simply didn't do their job, and on the third when we finally got to talk to a doctor they said it wasn't necessary if he wasn't getting surgery... They told my cousin the TEE was the next thing they were going to do but never let us know that is was optional... just said they were going to do it and then we finally got a decent doctor to explain why it wasn't necessary. He only said that after my Aunt said they weren't going to do any surgery and said it was a good idea not to do it... After holding him there for days and not explaining any of our options, they still can't release him... just pure incompetence. A nurse covered my grandfather back up with his pee soaked blanket right in front of us. They were "out of blankets" for hours at a gigantic hospital... he's been there a week, we've had a family member there every day and their service is unacceptable. (With his coverage they lose money keeping him so that is the only just thing that is happening) Take your loved ones somewhere else, this is the only negative rating I've ever left. Please take your loved ones to a better hospital.

Absolutely horrible this go around..My Dads cardiologist sent him to the hospital and said he was sending orders for test and to see what's going on with my Dad. Get to Frye go through admissions with an ID , and verbally stating his bday. Get up stairs they say can't find his medical records and continue on with treatment plan unknown. It was not until Dr. Mel the hospital cardiologist discovered they had the wrong birth year on his band. Mind you I heard my Dad tell the nurses his bday before they scanned and gave him several meds. They had my Dad fast from midnight til noon next day waiting on orders from the Dr. Then says oh we not doing anything today he can eat. Took 3 hrs for a cold turkey sandwich. I leave to go get edible lunch .. my Dad says come back hurry I don't feel good, I said hit the button. But he had already the CNA came in and looked at him left out! My Dad was hunched over, sweating and drooling in pain when I ran in. BP had bottomed. The fact he asked for help and had to call me on the cell a WHOLE problem. The PA came in after incident and said total opposite of what Dr. Mel said the plan was.. because once again NO records or orders were put in. I arrived today my Dad said the lady Dr. mentioned discharge but none of the nurses know anything. I asked CNA to get me a nurse and discharged ASAP.. he's sitting here running up a bill and better care at home. The nurse came says his orders came as she was on lunch . No you didn't check before lunch or the system is no working. Mind you several hours had past since Dr said he was going home. Do Better FRYE Heart Floor 2nd floor communications amongst team and patients probably has killed someone. I see the same generic response to all low ratings andi called the number listed and emailed with no response.

This place was horrid in the back of the ER. It looked like something out of a horror film where the CT scans are. They need a serious renovation. & the smell... maybe it's near the morgue or something? Smelled like rotting flesh. I waited HOURS for a minor concussion. I just wanted to make sure I didn't have bleeding inside my head. My boss and urgent care told me to go to the ER to get checked. I will NEVER go to an ER again. I already have PTSD from hospitals. They were nice, I just don't understand why big pharma makes so much money but they can't employ enough people to work at hospitals to make sure patients don't have to wait hours. Hospitals in charlotte are nicer than this and they see more people. Ew the smell is stuck on my clothes This is just an honest review
