Dr. Melon was incredibly kind, attentive and respectful. All of my questions were answered. Communication was great, he took the time to explain everything in detail. I never once felt rushed during my visit and his staff member Sally was so very kind and personable. Wonderful experience every time. Shout out to great Staff. Our experience with Carolina Ear, nose & throat was amazing. 10 stars for everyone from the moment we walked in we felt like everyone was doing what they could for us to feel comfortable with our toddler who needed an emergency procedure. Dr Harrill provided great detail for the procedure and along with his staff they set up an appointment for surgery. Tana made sure we were all set to go over to viewmont surgery center and she made everything was set up for us. In less than an hour we had our consult and was sent over to the surgery center. There we met with Dr Melon who performed the procedure on our 2 year old and he kept us at ease through the whole process. Would recommend over and over. Great staff and great experience!! Thank you all!!

It was not easy to make an appointment, but I think I waited in the waiting room for about a minute. The doctor was patient, attentive, and did address all my concerns. And suggestions and his follow up Left me feeling confident. I would certainly recommend and I'll be going back.

I got in quickly. The team was so efficient and friendly. Dr Harrill was very impressive and easy to talk to. I was offered additional testing and services on the spot. I would recommend this practice to anyone.
