CCHC Havelock Primary and Urgent Care

Love this place as my primary care. Dr. Morgante is very knowledgeable and has great care for his patients. The receptionist staff are so kind and loving, you get greeted the second you walk in with a friendly smile. It's clean, organized, and you get all your questions answered at your appointment. Make sure to get to your appointment though 10-15 mins prior to start!

Just started going to this office and everything has been great! Dr Morgante is great and so are all of the staff I have interacted with each time! They have all been kind and seem genuinely interested in your wellbeing.

Incompetence. Health is too important to be so disregarded from your own doctor's office. From scheduling, to referrals, to direct patient care & bedside manner the facility has become a shambles. As a longstanding healthcare professional myself, it is equally concerning and disheartening that the facilities patient care includes little to no care for patients. I realized today I had an appointment at a building where all the quality providers were no longer practicing, being greeted abrasively by staff who told me they would make a one time exception and still see me for my appointment that I showed up to on time. Early- in fact. How gracious. (Did I still wait and wait to be seen? Of course) The ball has been dropped too consistently and crucially for me to feel safe continuing to seek medical attention from a place that has provided me with so little in the past year. Spare yourself the audacity, incompetence, and wasted time- like your life depends on it; because it does.

Don't trust what it says online. These are the actual hours. If you are military and are going through the entire fun process of getting a referral code and they send you here, please double check this place is open. Or, you will have to go through the process all over again (like I am currently doing) to get a new referral for a new urgent care. I'm actually on hold and writing this to pass the time.

Phenomenal people here. They treat my family like they would theirs. They attune so well to their patience, take the time to listen, and are thoughtful with the medical advice that is both comprehensive and patient-centered. They have now seen three people in my family from urgent care visits, school physicals, regular yearly, and an urgent follow-up that they got me on the same day. I was expecting to wait much longer. You are not rushed out the door here; they truly get to know you and understand your medical history. 100/10 recommend- I'm so happy we found this office.
