Patient
My mother had been a patient of Dr. C for about 4 years. I was very disappointed that he failed to ever check in on her, or have any sort of touch base with her or family, while she was in end stage heart failure at the hospital next to his office. To then find out that the office has "signed off" on her, was an apathetic response, and made it feel, that he didn't care. Although his colleagues did pop in every now and then, there was poor communication, I am just shocked that a Dr. would not check in on one of his primary patients.
