The medical facility in general is average at best. However, Dr. William Douglas Shaw Jr. is a knowledgeable, professional, personable, top notch primary care physician. He has been our family care physician for many years. I enjoy the relationship our family has developed with him over the years. I trust him which speaks volumes in and of itself. He listens to understand, is extremely patience. You never feel rushed. I would rate him ten stars if possible. Extremely pleased with the care he provides.

I love Dr. Shaw, he listens too me unlike a lot of doctors. He a man of getting to the facts and keeping real and i love that in a doctor. He cares for his patients and you can feel the good vibes. His nurses are great, the reception girls not so much

My Great Grandmother is seen by Shaw but she or anyone else that calls never gets a chance to speak with him. My gran is almost 98 and it is horrible that every time you call you do not get to speak with anybody you get to leave a message and they call you back at their convenience emergency or not! It usually takes 3-4 days to get someone to return your message and if you bring this up they cut you off and act like your in the wrong for even saying anything that this is normal anywhere. I've never had to deal with any doctors or staff in my life as rude as these people (They act like just bc they're doctors your nothing your opinion doesn't matter and neither does your time) when I asked who I could talk to to get this to stop or file a complaint I was told that wasn't possible to all in all get over it. He acts like he's here just to get as much easy money as he can from the elderly on Medicare. A joke of a doctors office!!!! Time to retire if this is as much as you care about your patients!!!!! Needless to say we are in the process of finding an actual doctor for my Gran instead of a money collector! Would have put 1/2 a star if I could!!!

A girl named Tracey who answers the phone is rude rude rude! She DOES not need to answer the phone for the company. You can tell that she has no concern for the patients and wants to rush them off of the phone. Someone who answers the phone is suppose to be the first point of contact for whoever is calling and I'm sure that a sick patient does not want to call their doctor and get someone who doesn't let them finish their sentences, is really rude and just transfer them while they are in the middle of a sentence. She needs to be trained in customer service and telephone etiquette. GMA will lose A LOT of patients if they continue to have Tracey answering the phone.
