Dr. Avbuere provides exceptional care for his patients. However, his billing coordinators need further training. They called me during lunch today to inform me of a $487.20 bill for two appointments (October 15th and December 2nd). I suspected something was wrong; it turns out they dropped Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield and never notified us. My husband has been seeing Dr. Avbuere as his primary care physician for the past five years. This is disappointing, I will now find a new in-network primary care doctor. Ask questions to avoid my dilemma.

Dr. Avbuere is a great doctor, but his staff and the facility as a whole is the worst I have ever been to. One, they schedule absolutely way too many people at one time, when you have an appointment be prepared to stay for at least 3 hours and that's on a good day, I believe you would be in and out of the ER quicker. Two, the nurses on call after hours NEVER call back, any messages I've ever left I have never received a call back, ever! Dr. Avbuere is wonderful, he takes his time with his patients and seems to really care, his staff on the other hand do not, you get better service and respect paying with pennies at McDonald's.

I have been too many doctors in my time going to different doctors, it since that some doctor never seem to have time for there patients but with Dr. Avbuere he really cares about his patients and takes the time to know each one I have the privilege of knowing the doctor about 10 to 11 years already and I highly recommend him to family and friends the staff is excellent,
