its great to see reviews good. I am not concerned about calling issue right now, although it can be frustratingly with some medical places so busy right now. I am concerned about surgically skill mostly and secondary is TLC that comes within a doctor, but mostly hands on surgery skill. About to put my heart literally in the hands of a doctor I not meet yet so looking to see history. Nice to see pretty good reviews. Says a lot about the doctor. thanks for giving me good idea. I feel much more confident now he will make my little ticker stronger again. :)

The atmosphere is fantastic. It's comforting and caring. Dr. Harding listens and really pays attention to what I have to say or any questions I may have. I have gone from barely making it from room to room , to scuttling all around the house. I also have emphysema so that's a big deal to me. But every time he tweaks my meds. I've gotten better and better.

This place is great! I felt welcomed from the minute I walked in the door until the minute I walked out, and by everyone I encountered. Dr. Harding actually listened to what I said carefully and was mindful of my input as he thoroughly examined me and explained what he was as looking for as he went through the procedures. He was also as likable as he was professional which explains the attitude of of the people who work for him. If only all doctor's ran their office's this way!

It is impossible to make phone contact. I have been trying to obtain a prescription refill for days. They do not answer the phone nor do they call back. Terrible customer service worker at the Northline location. Today is 2/28/2024. I have tried reaching a customer service person 3 times; I am on hold again for 15 minutes and counting. This is so ridiculous. The recording states a wait time of 1-3 minutes and keeps stating the same lies. Still waiting
