Absolutely the Best care I have ever recieved Dr Okoroafor and his staff literally saved my Life 66 year old with chest and arm pain they evaluated my condition admitted me to CFVMC next day diagnosed with 95% blockage in my LAD artery Widow Maker artery Dr Okoroafor put a stent in to open artery I feel like a new man I could have not received better care at Duke or UNC Health. Took my mom in to see the Dr young female doctor very rude!! People skills are poor, communication needs improvement. Will not be bringing my mom back here.

They are too busy to give adequate care. I went there for a year and a half and every time I had an appointment I had to wait at least 2 1/2 hours to be seen and the exams seem rushed, no more than 5 minutes and sometimes they wouldn't even read my pacemaker which is what I was there for. It should be read at least twice a year. The last time I went in they called me and asked me to come in the same day because they were getting some unusual reading from my pace maker. I waited for almost 3 hours which I wasn't upset with because it was a same day appointment so they fit me in. But then a nurse tells me I have to come back in 3 weeks! Now I am worried because what is going on with my pacemaker!?! What is the problem with it? Are they going to talk to me about that? No. While I'm waiting to check out I realize that they haven't been reading the reports from my pacemaker for over a year! My life saving device that is attached to my heart, no one was reading the reports to say if my heart is doing fine! I feel that they are too busy there to give you the service that I expect from a cardiologist.

This facility have the best employees! They're very friendly! Larissa, at the front desk, is the best!! She remembered my name by my second appointment! That's unheard of. Chris & the young lady that dioes the stress tests, were phenomenal as well! I haven't had a bad experience yet! I would highly recommend them! Thank you all for making my journey pleasant! PS to Sandra "Ms." Richards our inside joke.
