Carolina Heart Physicians PC

I've been coming here since I had an issue with my (undiagnosed) GERD. He was thorough and we eventually figured out my heart issues were due to GERD. But I do continue to see him regularly. I've had times when my PCP care lapsed due to them closing or finding a new center and he stepped up. Honestly, I found out I had other health issues that required surgery thanks to him. He got me referrals and even refilled my medication as I wanted to be seen by my new PCP(s). He's exceptional at everything, especially with his concern and care!

My PCP referred me to this place. Had an appointment in two weeks. Over this past weekend I had another episode of extremely fast heart rate with high blood pressure. Called the cardiologist which was on a Saturday and was told to come in first thing Monday morning (today). He thinks it's SVT which is dangerous. I show up, place is empty. First lady that comes to the window has an attitude like I am disturbing her. She says the doctor is in a procedure and it will be about 11 am. I said I'd wait. A few minutes later another lady (black lady) opens the glass and says that the doctor isn't here. My wife told her we know, but if we can go ahead and do his paperwork and give my I'd and insurance that's one less thing to do at 11. She didn't take my of or insurance, didn't hand over any paperwork for me to fill out yet told me wife, "he does know there will be a lot of people in front of him right?" Well of course I figured that but what is the harm in taking my information since none of the 3 women behind the glass were doing anything but talking as of they are at a backyard grill. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone and I damn sure won't be going back. They lost my business and respect. Nice building, horrible people

Excellent practice, Maria (receptionist) outstanding with prompt return calls and requests of refills. Office is modern and offers 3D echo cardiograms at office in addition to EKG. Dr. Nwosu has been my cardiologist for four years and has normalized my pressures with medication and close observation. He is always a professional and answers all medical questions.

I take my mother and my grandmother to this office and have always been greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable staff. Dr. Nwosu treats his patients with compassion and doesn't rush through their appointments. We have also seen the office's nurse practitioner and have been pleased with his treatment.

The place look like it would be great to be a patient there. The receptionist has a bad attitude real rude and if she dont get her way she wants to throw paper down. And talk about you like you can't hear her behind the glass.
