The staff are exemplary and above standard. I had to do community care from Veterans affairs and everything was explained to me in detail to make me feel comfortable. I also had to do a stress test and that was done expeditiously as well as comforting. As well as the explanation of the procedure. The only reason I'm leaving a review is because it is very difficult to get in contact with them unless you are in person. If you have any appointment with them or anything that you need to get taken care of make sure you try to get as much done as you can while you are there in person. It will still get done but you have to take the responsibility upon yourself to ensure that whoever ordered the test for you be at your primary care doctor or your job gets the information. Make sure you check to see that it was sent to who it needed to be sent to for your records.

I was extremely disappointed with this office. From the start, the staff was unprofessional. The front desk staff were rude and curt. The nurse messed up my name three times, and thought I was a different patient and then had an attitude when I eventually corrected her on my name and medical details. I saw Dr. Jayawardena for a grand total of 3 minutes. They scheduled me for an ultrasound and when I arrived for my ultrasound at my next appointment, the doctor did not realize this was my follow-up appointment, brushed me off and told me to come back for an ultrasound. When I told him that I was here for my previously scheduled ultrasound, he was extremely rude and dismissive and said that they never schedule ultrasounds for that particular day of the week. Well I just made the appointment based on what his front office staff told me and that was the correct day and time they had given me. I had to convince him that this was my SECOND time in his office and that I was scheduled for an ultrasound and then I had to take off work a third time to come back for an ultrasound on another day because they weren't prepared that day. This was in August 2021- it is now January 2022, almost February, and I still have yet to hear back with the results. I have called the office multiple times and have received no response. I would NEVER go back here and I would tell everyone I know to stay away from this incredibly unprofessional practice.

Such a drag coming over here honestly. Had an appointment on 28 September and the doctor said they saw some irregular heart beats and they would like for me to wear a heart monitor so they can get a better look since I am seven months pregnant. It's concerning because my next appointment was an entire month out, which is next week, and no one has called me to pick up my heart monitor. They said I have to wait to be called and that I'm on a list and I asked how do I find out how far I am on the list and they said hold on and sent me to another phone line which took me to a voicemail. Based on other reviews this seems like common practice.

My actual appointment with the echo tech was great - he was personable and knowledgeable. The follow has been terrible - no response to multiple phone calls, emails through their website, or messages through the portal to get a copy of my records. The only solution they could offer was that I leave work and come pick up a copy myself. Totally ridiculous.

I love Dr J!! Everyone is so helpful every time I go. Dr. J has helped me with my medical issues and I have had so much improvement in my diagnosis since coming here a year ago. No one is perfect so I have had to wait long after my appointments on occasion as they have another clinic in the building that shares space but overall, I am please with he care I receive from Dr. J.
