No one wants to be here. Especially me last week. I don't know. who hired these three women, but they exceeded my expectations and lightened my heart with kindness. The wonderful women who blessed me with her words of encouragement while taking my information and payment. She went above and beyond. Camisha the amazingly soft handed phlebotomist who took my blood and the very professional and reassuring lady who took my EKG. You'll never know how much all of you did for me this day. I thank you and wish I remembered all your names, you truly deserve a medal to be in health care and continue to smile. Thank you for reminding me there is kindness in the world. Wish I had influence to get you the raises and promotions you deserve.

The Cape Fear Valley Diagnostic Center is always so efficient in accommodating the patients needs. Also, Missy and the staff at the front desk always greets you with a smile and are ever so helpful in quickly making sure one is taken care of. One employee by the name of Troyella is ever so pleasant and helpful in making sure your registration is completed accurately, and in a timely fashion. Let's not forget the sonographer named Lydia who did such an outstanding job in thoroughly using her skill and expertise in completing the necessary ultrasound testing. She is amazing at what she does best, and will honestly say she goes above and beyond with using her skills to accomplish what she needs for obtaining the best information needed for the results. Christina who was working right along beside her was indeed learning from the best! All in all, extremely professional and most pleasant employees in all aspects who show what it means to care, and make a difference. I do highly recommend the Cape Fear Valley Diagnostic Center to anyone in need of such exceptional care!

Good Morning, I wanted to stop by to share my swift and very easy check in at Cale Fear this morning . I haven't been here in years due to previous wait times so I was hesitant but today , the receptionist Mr.Dalton was very fast and friendly with my check in process. My morning started off kinda rocky and I wasn't expecting it to get better anytime soon , but walking in to Cape Fear and receiving fast and friendly assistance really changed that. Thank You Mr.Dalton

Wanted to give a shout out to Faith and Angie. Both were personable and made the process of surgery check-in stress-free. Anxiety makes things hard to deal with somethings. Faith was a true professional and Angie's conversation kept me distracted. That is priceless to me. Thank you both

The staff at Cape Fear Diagnostics is wonderful--warm-hearted, professional, and courteous. I would have gladly given a five-star review, but unfortunately, there was no one available to assist us right at opening time (6:00 AM). Thankfully, a kind employee let us inside so we wouldn't have to wait out in the cold. However, we weren't seen until about an hour after the facility opened, even though my family had gotten up quite early to be there. As a gentle recommendation, I'd encourage staff members responsible for signing in patients to please be prepared to assist right at opening time--especially for those who arrive promptly at 6:00 AM. That said, despite this minor issue, I would still wholeheartedly recommend Cape Fear Diagnostics to everyone.
