Medical Billing Fraud is happening at Cape Fear Heart Associates and everyone needs to fully be aware of this. Please request an ITEMIZED bill and verify the service was rendered. I am being billed for a 2D Echocardiogram that NEVER happened. FRAUD is a CRIME and I'm about to hire a lawyer to get this resolved.
