Duke Cardiology at Southpoint

My first appt and check in staff was friendly and efficient. My doctor's nurse, Robbie, was very kind, affable, and calming. The doctor, Tracy Wang, was very professional, knowledgeable, and concise. I feel like I am in excellent hands with this doctor. There was practically no wait for any of the afore mentioned personnel. My experience at this office was exceptional.

My fiance is a patient with Dr. Wang and she and her staff are amazing! They care about you as an individual and your medical issues. If it seems you have to wait sometimes for the doctor that is why. He has received top notch care in a warm environment. Would recommend them to anyone. Thank you for the care we have received over the years.

Called in at the beginning of the week for cp & palpitations referred to another cardiologist but requested duke, I agreed to go to whichever location around me for the earliest appointment so I was told Friday at 0740 "behind Buffalo Wild Wings." When I showed up at 0720 I was treated rudely by the receptionist and told that my information was in the system but there was no appointment made, as if I drove over a half hour to show up on my day off at 0720 in the morning for nothing. When I asked if you could tell who I spoke to she replied "no...because there's no appointment." "So you can either sit here & wait, but it could be a half hour to an hour & even then you may not be seen"...yes I will sit here and wait. Then she proceeded to whisper as if I could not hear to another employee, how unprofessional. Can you please not treat your new patients like garbage when your staff are the ones who messed up in the first place. Thanks.

Lost my referral twice, my doctor sends it again and again, finally made me an appt, but for a month out and when I call the day before to confirm because I didn't get a confirmation email or reminder call, the receptionist tells me that I don't have an appointment scheduled. And on top of everything she's super rude.

Very, very satisfied. Dr. Blazing is very knowledgeable and explains everything in Detail. I live in Greenville and Vidant is not only horrible as far as Patient Care goes and Cardiology there was clueless as to what my Diagnosis is. The Staff at Dr. Blazings Office is wonderful. Very caring. They keep in touch via Phone to make sure that I am doing well. I have never encountered anything like it before. I highly recommend Duke Cardiology especially Dr. Blazing.
