Dawn Marie Shea, PA

I had a very good appointment with Dawn Shea. I would have met with Paul Campbell but that seems to be impossible. Anyway, she was very professional and handled all of my questions. Dawn is an excellent employee.

She wasn't nice to my mother why I don't know wasn't nice to me the son. So I have have to use a wheelchair because of my bad knees and I'm in the room with my mother and I'm on the side of the door that opens an real close because the room is kinda tight already and Shea the pa opens the door and looks at me like what are you doing in here. Then starts talking with my mother and literally not believing what my mother tells her and gets cryptic with my my mother kinda smart mouth . My mother had to be extra firm with her when trying to explain her condition. This was several months ago and no I haven't forgotten. I've been addressing other businesses with the same kind of rudeness, disrespect.

Very knowledgeable of her profession. Clearly explains conditions and path to improving my health. Enjoyed the visit.

No no I will not call you to resolve this. Because you already know what you need to do. Make your doctors and employee's be respectful to thier patients the ones that keep you in business. And tell them thier not the only ones in this world they are other people and they deserve respect no matter what.
