The ladiss at the front desk helped us right away, very friendly, both floors (entry desk and doc office desk). Assistant Cindy was very nice. Doctor Hansen had very good manners and informative. As a couple, we have seen several doctors over the last few years and haven't always had good experiences but this was definitely an exception. We were very pleased with this doctor's personality and attentiveness. We want to thank all involved with our visit.

Cannot believe unprofessional experience with scheduled electrocardiograms. Arrived at 12noon for 12:15pm appointment only to find that no one was there, supposedly at lunch. There was another patient that had an appointment at 12noon as well as 2 other patients. All these patients left because they said they could not wait and the chairs were not comfortable for sitting for a long period of time. Needed this procedure and had taken day off from work so decided to wait. At about 1:30pm a technician finally shows up at reception desk and has attitude when asked about long wait time. She said had to take lunch. Understandable, tried to calmy explain that's not the point, why are you scheduling appointments at lunch time if no one is going to be there and really 1.5 hours for lunch? Still a poor attitude. Was there for 3.5 hours for 30 minute procedure. Unacceptable and very unprofessional.

Joan and Robin were exceptional, They showed Genuine concern and Compassion. They amplified who they were and Reflected on the entire staff. Dr. Lim was so Patient in Answering my many Questions. As He shared His detailed thought process for Changes in my Lifestyle and Medications, I felt I was in the most Professional caring Place.

Paperwork was quick and easy. They had all my records. I was brought back quickly and the doctor came promptly, was familiar with my file, a good listener, thorough, experienced, and capable. It was a perfectly efficient, positive experience. One of the best I've ever had with a doctor's office. Thank you!

Hands-down one of the best medical encounters I've ever had. Fast, friendly, professional, knowledgeable, courteous. Definitely felt that Dr. Lim and the staff TRULY cared about me as a patient and not just as another appointment on the calendar. Absolutely exceptional. Recommend without hesitation!
