I must say that I'm not a super fan of going to the doctor when having to get test ran but I totally understand that it's necessary to continue to live the best health life that I can. So I had to have a few test ran and I chose this location because the Raleigh location is just too busy busy for me and I was right in choosing to come out to Clayton. Sure it's a ride but the service I received was wonderful. Everyone I had interaction with seem to be efficient and very knowledgeable with the position and role which made me feel even more comfortable. My wait was long to be seen but the test was lengthy however the Nurse that took care of me and the Nuclear med technician were very nice a accommodating all in all I'm satisfied with having had chosen this location for my testing.

The staff at the front desk are always friendly, but I've had trouble with both the ANP and Cardiologist that I've seen. They don't seem to look at your history any farther than your appointments there, cardiologist even forgot about my zio results that the hospital messed up and I still haven't gotten the results for, the ANP put notes in my chart saying they talked to me about things when they didn't, and the cardiologist seemed to completely ignore half my issues and only put one diagnoses that wouldn't even account for the majority of my issues i had recorded at home on multiple devices and occasions when we talked about two different diagnoses during the appointment. So now I have to file a request to have my notes changed for one appointment and still waiting for a response for the other appointment to see if they will fix that. If not, I'm requesting to see another doctor somewhere else because this is ridiculous.

Not a very friendly place at all. Staff is very rude . I felt very uncomfortable as soon as I walked in. Need less to say I'm going to a completely different heart care center that is super friendly and comfortable.

Best Doctors and staff. Front dest staff awesomely friendly and kind. Nurses super nice and Dr's.The very best. Who likes going to the doctor's office? But I do. I am confident I am cared for by my Cardiologist and his staff.

The doctor here is awesome but staff is rude.
