While I like my Doctor, getting in touch with anybody at Tryon by phone is next to impossible. I am currently on hold for 50 minutes to simply ask if I need to fast for my appointment tomorrow. This happens every time I need to speak with someone. When this practice was under atrium, it was much easier to actually speak to a person. They acted like breaking away from atrium was going to result in better patient care; the opposite has happened.

I have been going to him for 10 years now, since I was a freshman in college. I have had type one diabetes for 23 years, and he is by far the best endocrinologist there is. He truly truly values his patients, listens, and cares. I feel so blessed and fortunate to receive care under him and look forward to continuing to learn from him for years to come. My first visit to the office. Leanna Orndorff. They want you there 15 minutes prior to your appointment. I had an issue that caused me to arrive just "on time." They canceled my appointment when I was in line to check in. I had already completed the check-in procedures online and had even paid. Appointment was 9 am. I was in line. Arrived at the front at 9:04. The lady claimed it was 9:06 a.m. Still seemed excessive to cancel on me. Especially since they had already allocated 30 minutes to my appointment. I was there. They decided to waste my allotted time. It seemed like they were happy. The ladies up front, the nurse and the office manager. They were so happy to make me reschedule. No one could look at the clock and see that I was there and that my appointment was going on without me in it. I am a real person. I have a schedule and obligations just like them. They were flippant about rescheduling. Like it is so easy to arrange a visit on a workday, it is not. I have never been treated so poorly in a professional setting. I will not be returning. Avoid this practice. They treat you like you're in kindergarten.

Dr. Enrico Belgrave is THE BEST DOCTOR EVER!! He listens, provides clear and honest diagnosis and he is very personable!! He has been the best doctor that I have ever had as an adult!!!

Endocrinologist Dr Brantley is amazing - ultra knowledgeable, up-to-date, and very friendly. Both the doctors, and the nursing staff are very helpful, friendly, highly professional, and provide phenomenal care to my medical needs. As well, the check in, check out staff are great too!! They take care of all Medical specialties from Endocrinology, Cardiac, Internal Medicine, Pulmonology, dermatology, Rheumatology, and Sleep Doctors. Tyron medical partners get my top review !!!
