Premier Cardiovascular Care

A very bad experience for me. In my opinion, everything about the practice seemed disorganized and off somehow. Failed several times to schedule the tests they said I needed. I constantly had to chase them to get anything done. Sometimes there was no one to take my co-pay or no way to scan my card and it got backed up. Office and waiting room were very Spartan in appearance. I did not sense that the doctor was empathetic or aggressive in my treatment. I lost confidence after two or three office visits. I won't go back there and I don't recommend it to anyone else either.

Finding Premier Cardiovascular has been such a relief! For years I have been searching for a medical practice that takes insurance and would actually try and get to the root of my P.O.T.S. and not just try and mask the symptoms with medication. Dr. Smith and his wonderful staff are extremely personable and go above and beyond to assist me in any way possible. It is the first time in a long time that I have felt like I can just focus on being a patient and getting better as I have finally found a specialist that is knowledgeable and dedicated to the health and wellness of his patients!

This place is the most frustrating medical office I've ever been to. I would rather go to the DMV. Took almost 3 weeks to get imaging sent to me because they didn't know how to send it from their computer. Now a month and a half later I get a text about a bill when they should be billing my employer not me. So I try to set up an account on the patient portal and it won't work. But I can't contact the doctors office because nobody picks up the phone and they're impossible to get in contact with. I'd give zero stars if I could. Worst part of COVID was having to deal with this office (for heart imaging to return to sports)

Dr. Smith is one of the most attentative and thorough doctors I have met to date. He takes time to make sure that his patients understand what is going on, and answers all questions before ending the visit. He is very honest and forth coming with what he believes will and will not be helpful. The best part is that he treats his patients the way he would want his family members to be treated. He does not claim to know everything or have all the answers. What he does, is refuse to give up easily without exhausting every option possible. I love that he has a real heart and caring concerned spirit for his patients. I have never seen him rush in and out with a patient yet. Matter fact, I have seen him take the same type of time in other patient rooms that he does with my mother. I do not mind waiting a little longer for my appointments because I know that he is giving the same care and concern to his other patients that he gives to us. His office is never over crowded which lets me know that he is not one of those doctors that overbook their schedule and then run in and out of each room every 5 minutes. My mother has had some serious heart issues. On Dec 24, 2015 she was released from the hospital with the expectation that she would not live through Christmas. We were told there was nothing else that could be done. We placed our faith immediately in God's hands and prayed. I am so pleased to say that my mother is still here thanks and Glory be to God. Our family however, had been walking on egg shells with no information or treatment options from the hospital. When we called Dr. Smith for a second opinion, the Lord blessed us with a doctor that was not willing to give up so easily. He gave us more options that had not been suggested by the hospital. When they were ready to give up on my mother, Dr. Smith was ready to fight with and for her against this disease. We are so grateful for his aggresive approach to treatment. We are also grateful that we have more options and information that could possibly help my mother get better. All Glory to God we are no longer walking on egg shells waiting for my mother to die, but now we are taking one day at a time helping my mother live each day to the fullest. Dr. Smith really is a God send. I cannot express how much he has already done to help my mother. Please know that my family along with our entire church continue to pray for Dr. Smith, his family, and his life work which has so greatly impacted our family. Thank you so much for all you do.

It saddens me that I'm going to have to find another Cardiologist because Dr David is a nice guy but he's never on time and I never got my test done that he ordered. I call to schedule a follow-up appointment can't get through I leave a message no return calls. I please find someone else if you care about your heart your time and your money!!!
