To me, the term "heart failure" has the same negative connotation the word "cancer" had 50 -60 years ago. At that time cancer was considered a death sentence. How times have changed! While the term "heart failure" still has a forbidding ring to it, Dr. Cyrille-Superville has made it clear to me that my condition doesn't mean I'm about to leave this world anytime soon, hopefully. She has been very positive and upbeat about my treatment, explaining thoroughly all the different medications that I'm taking and keeping the communications channels open to ask any questions or have any concerns about my condition. And above all, she is making sure I understand that this isn't a death sentence, that I can still live a full healthy life. Dr. Cyrille-Superville knows her stuff and I couldn't be more pleased with how she's handling me and my condition. I consider myself to be extremely fortunate to have her taking care of me and would whole-heartedly recommend her to anyone who has heart problems.

Dr. Superville is a fantastic care-giver. She patiently listens to me during the appointment and offers encouragement and advice. I would not want any other cardiologist to treat me.

Nicole is an excellent medical professional (Doctor). She is very engaging, professional and knows how to take care of her patients. she listens to you and then she makes recommendations beneficial to your health.

Well, i had high hopes reading reviews and after the first appointment. But she failed right after that , just like the rest of sanger , Pineville. No room for open conversations, or criticism. From assistants in cardiology to drs to hf clinic doctors. Treatment was the same. Very disappointing. My personal feeling has been that sanger , Pineville knows they have communication issues, yet will not address them. They will try to drop you as a patient if you don't take everything they say as gospel. Do not go to Pineville sanger if you want to be a part of your own care. Maybe sanger in other locations are better. Btw atrium sent me a text to leave a review on their site. It didn't work. I am a verified patient. You can reach me on Google.
