Being 64 with cardiac issues I have seen multiple cardiologists over the last several years and by far Dr. Elliott is the most professional, knowledgeable and courteous doctor I have ever met. I live in Asheville, North Carolina but entrust my care and well-being to Dr. Elliott in Charlotte. That's how good he is. So if you have any heart related issues and are worried about trying to find the best doctor reach out to Dr. Elliott, you'll be able to sleep at night and know that he has your best interest at heart.

I arrived to my appointment at 1025am; a woman with a mask very unwelcome "processed" the check-in & I paid the copay, I went and seat & wait, at about 1105am, I approached the front desk & asked that I haven't been call, she said to seat & wait, she was going to send a message to the nurse.
The nurse call me, weight me and we went to the room, she asked my name & birthday, she checked my blood pressure, the only other question was if my medication was updated, i brought all my medication & I pointed at the small bag with my medication & i said, i have all my medication here, she ignored & got up and said "dr. will be you" & left, she did spent not even 5 minutes with me, she never asked me reason for my visit as usually nurses asked & documented.
Then, Dr. Elliott, walked in, not wearing the usual Dr's robes; he sat & started talking that he has reviewed my all my medical history & medication and how my great health is doing according to the last cardiologist that I saw over a year ago, and keep praising his work, always seating & never-ending the same how great my heart & all is doing, he never asked how I was feeling & at one point I needed to letting him know how I am feeling & yes, I told him "with all my respect, I do not want to hear the past cardiologist name" then he said ok, I told him about my blood pressure been going up & down 143 & sometimes higher & few times pain on my chest and especially the upper back, sometimes is the same pain when i had ny heart attack, the it was the only time he open the computer & checked my blood pressure medication, he mentioned a medication that i am not taking anymore, then he got up checked my heart & said how great my heart is doing, and advised that he was going to prescribed an MRI & see him in six months! and left.
Dr. Elliott, when he walked in to the small room, very bad impression to me, his appearance not presentable, at least the normal white robe will do better, plus I do not know if he was eating because it was some type of bad breath.
The advertised picture is not the person that walked in to my visit, wearing street clothes.
A nurse walked me to a woman cranky & rude woman to set up the date of the MRI it was only one date, I asked for other dates options & nothing was available according to this unprofessional woman, I ended accepting her only option.
Left to the waiting room, thinking about this horrendous experienced, I went to the front desk & canceled everything, I do not wish to return back to this horrible so call "Sanger Cardiovascular Institute" people with no sympathy & respect for human beings Life.
I just waisted my time on this visit of no more thatn 10 minutes and I waited for this nightmare almost 1 hour.
When I got home my blood pressure was 167 by 98.
I moved to midtown, a block away from this "health center" so happy & looking forward to stay visiting new doctors until I depart from this earth; I arranged my funeral & service right around the neighborhood on East Blvd & Dilworth, I do not have any relatives, I am 75 years and believe me, I am being a individual with great sentiment & sympathy for others.
