I am very impressed with the professionalism and friendly entire staff at this CareFirst Medical Associates office! This was my first time visiting this office from my aviation medical exam and wow, everyone was really on top of things! The young lady who did my initial intake was very kind. The young lady who took all of my papers and did my initial screening was excellent and the doctor who completed my exam was not intimidating and made me feel at ease as soon as he walked into the exam room! I wish that I remembered everyone's names because they all deserve a big shoutout!!!

Highly recommend CareFirst! I needed to have a medical exam and the friendly staff was able to set up an appointment the same day. After experiencing the top notch service and care from Dr. Lyles and his staff, I switched and made them my Primary Care provider. Additionally, they have other spa services in office. It was a great experience getting everything done at one visit.
Don't recommend. Made appt and same day called to cancel due to change in flight but didn't meet the >24 hour deadline and was charged fee without being told beforehand.
