I have been seeing Dr. Hartman here for many years. She is very attentive and shows concern about any issues I bring up. The staff in this office are very efficient, courteous and professional. When I go in for lab appointments, I am in and out in less than 30 minutes. Great folks!

I was very happy to be accepted by Lisa Hartman as a new patient. Dr. Hartman and her nurse were both very attentive and professional. I, also, got a blood draw; the lab personnel were quick, professional and efficient; I had minimal wait time to be called in by Dr. Hartman's nurse, to see Dr. Hartman or have my blood drawn. The front desk personnel were pleasant, professional and efficient. As an aside, it has been easy to request a prescription refill through MyChart and the response has always been quick.

The weak link on this practice is the lab staff. Rude and condescending. The last two visits, I was scolded because I didn't drink enough water! They couldn't find the vein in my arm so that proves that I don't drink enough water! They have no idea how much water I drink which is a lot. The receptionists are courteous especially the one upstairs. I love my doctor, she is great! They just need a little sensitivity training in the lab.

I cannot understand the bad reviews. I've been going to this practice for over 20 years. The phone system is a bit complex, but once a message is left, they get back with you right away. The office staff is always kind and pleasant. Today I called for a lab appointment and am going in tomorrow morning. So fast. The level of concern and expertise of the doctors at this practice cannot be over rated. They always take time to explain their thought processes and to make referrals as needed. I am in the medical profession and I know a good doctor. These doctors are top notch.

The receptionist was just insanely rude. Took a minute for her to even look up at me and when she did, she just said "hello?" Like I wasn't supposed to be there. Then when I told her I was there for an appointment, she said (very rudely) "well who are you here to see?" As I pulled up the name of my provider she said "well who are you?" I then have her my name and she proceeded to repeat it back to me with a tone like I was wrong about my own name. Overall, very rude. The upstairs receptionist and my provider were very kind though and the remainder of the experience was not as unpleasant. Need new first floor receptionists or maybe just better attitudes.
