I have had a consistently had an excellent level of care with Dr. van Cleeff. He takes the time to understand the circumstances of my visit, tells me what he's doing to assess the condition and explains the course of action he's recommending. I always feel that we are on the same page at the end of the visit. I never feel that he's trying to get me out the door so he can move on to the next patient. It's more like I'm his only patient, and he will take whatever time is needed to make me comfortable with his diagnosis and action plan.
