Dr. Neelu Agarwal has been my primary care physician for over a decade. She is very professional, very thorough, and clarifies all questions patiently. She is proactive and incorporates Whole Health aspect in her care for me. I always look forward to my visit to see her warm welcoming smile. I love her confidence and her ability to boost my confidence. I always walk out feeling better and with confidence that I can do better as she never makes you feel like a sick patient. Dr. Neelu Agarwal keeps me updated of results and results of other procedures and referrals, and follows up as needed. I love her staff, they are all very friendly, and very kind and with a welcoming smile all the time. This is the only clinic that I feel has a relaxed and calming environment and with a positive vibe. I've been going to Cary Medical Clinic, located in Cary for a while now. I specifically see Dr. Neelu Agarwal. I absolutely adore Dr. Agarwal. She has a lot of medical expertise along with being very respectful. You can comfortably ask her questions where she will actively listen to you. I feel she's also very empathetic toward me and all of her patients. Dr. Agarwal engages with me in order to help me with healthcare decisions. She genuinely cares for not only me but all of her patients. I've never ever had a bad experience there. Everyone there is very, very nice from the front desk staff speaking with Ms. Laila and Ms. Kelly to the physician assistants there.

I experienced an unacceptably negative encounter with Danielle Du Fresne, PA-C, and Dr. Neelu. Their conduct demonstrated a troubling lack of professionalism, compassion, and basic standards of care. The disregard for patient well-being was both concerning and unacceptable. As a result, I have filed formal complaints with the Attorney General's Office and the Federation of State Medical Boards regarding discriminatory practices.

Thank you Dr. Neelu Agarwal. I am the healthiest I have been in over 25 years due to your care. Since starting to see you approximately 5 years ago, I am down 79 pounds, no longer diabetic, no longer in cholesterol medication, and blood pressure is normal. Due to your due diligence, I avoided colon cancer because I had an extremely large polyp that had to be removed by a special surgeon. You knew something was wrong. I love that you care about me as a person and not just as a patient. Lila is awesome also.

My post is long overdue. Dr Neelu has been my physician for over 15 years. From the day I first walked into her office she has been open, honest and caring. She guided me through many medical issues i have had throughout the years and has always been right on point. I could not have asked for a better Dr. My wife and my daughter are also patients of the clinic and we all have had nothing but the best of care from the entire staff. The staff is very friendly and always welcoming. I would highly recommend Cary Medical Clinic if you're looking for a physician who is caring and knowledgeable.
